  • 16 thin slices of turkey
  • 16 thin strips of celery
  • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (juice pack, drained)

  1. Mix fat-free cream cheese and pineapple.
  2. Spread approximately 2 tsp of the mixture on each slice of turkey.
  3. Wrap turkey around each celery strip.
  4. Serve chilled.
