• President Trump has a higher approval rating at this point in his second term than even Obama had at the same point in his second term. And that is with the lamestream media constantly propagandizing against him instead of (as in Obama's case) for him.
   
• Rents in all 50 major metro areas have dropped, and continue to drop, since Trump took office. This is the inevitable result of deporting the millions of illegal aliens who drove rent prices up.
   
• The House recently passed a bill mandating that illegal aliens who commit welfare fraud be immediately deported. The only members of the House who voted against this bill are communists (aka "Democrats"), and there were 186 of those whackos standing against the interests of the American people. Shame on them, but even more shame on the morons voted them into office.
   
• The carnage from Daylight Carnage Time (instituted by the communists stupidly as Daylight "Savings" Time) is evident to everyone who is jet-lagged for three months following each of the two annual clock changes. Hawaii, and much of Arizona and Indiana have made Standard Time permanent. There is some federal insanity stymieing other states from simply ending this population control measure. President Trump has this on his radar, but he's got other priorities to deal with.
  
  In the meantime, all of us can simply refuse to participate. Yes, some people will claim they "have to" change their clocks, but that does not mean they have to change their bedtimes and mealtimes. Use two clocks, one for at home and one for work (or whatever). I have done this for years, and it's not particularly difficult. If you simply think about how to manage it, you will easily be able to use two systems and stay on the same circadian rhythm all year long. Do not expect the government to solve the problem for you.

A Big Loss for Martial Arts Fans and Society at Large

On Friday the 20th, Chuck Norris passed away at age 86. His effect on martial arts competition was profound. Prior to Chuck, competitions were won mainly on strength. Chuck brought precision, accuracy, and efficiency of movement. In 1967 he defeated the reigning champion, Joe Lewis, causing Lewis to change his whole approach. His effect on society was more subtle, and not just because he was a role model for athletes and underdogs. Chuck was a noted philanthropist, most famously known for Kick Start Kids. This is a martial arts based program that helps kids develop self-esteem and discipline.

Chuck was the object, not butt, of many jokes related to being invincible. I have a tree that has been repeatedly struck by lightning and is still standing. Some years ago, I named it Chuck Norris and that is the name the arborist has on file. Much of Chuck's reputation for being so tough arose from his movies.

The world was a better place because of Chuck Norris. May he Rest In Peace.

Even Career Criminals Are Accountable Now

The noose is tightening around the Biden Crime Family. From American Values Digest:

President Trump rejected Joe Biden's executive privilege assertion over documents tied to four Senate investigations, directing the National Archives to hand them over to Congress. White House counsel David Warrington wrote that shielding the records is "not in the best interests of the United States." The probes target the cover-up of Biden's cognitive decline, the weaponization of federal agencies against Trump, and the Biden family's financial dealings. Warrington said he was "unaware" of any legal precedent protecting a former president's efforts to help his son's business schemes.

I personally do not understand the focus on Biden's "cognitive decline" as he has always been very stupid. He made several attempts to run for POTUS, and the American voters soundly rejected him every time mainly because of his low intelligence. By the time he challenged Trump in the 2020 election, he could not form a complete sentence and everybody knew this. So what was there to hide?

Speaking of the 2020 election, here's another tidbit from American Values Digest: "Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen confirmed he complied with a federal grand jury subpoena for records related to the state Senate's 2020 audit of Maricopa County." We can hope that a criminal or two in Maricopa County will at least be indicted.

Trump's fantastic success as POTUS has given him a great deal of political capital. He's using part of it to bring justice for the American people against these bad actors who disenfranchised 70 million citizens. He's also pushing really hard to pass the SAVE Act, which will make it far more difficult for career criminals to steal elections and put their puppets in office. Speaking of the SAVE Act, another tidbit from AVD: "DHS announced that a criminal illegal alien from Mauritania has been charged for alleged voter fraud in Philadelphia — a case landing right as Trump demands the Senate pass the SAVE America Act requiring proof of citizenship to vote."

The criminals can no longer hide behind the Legacy Media, which have the lowest trust rating in history. The New York Times and other lie rags can say whatever they want, only a tiny minority will believe them. They are no longer a threat, because they repeatedly went too far. The censorship under the Communist Occupation backfired, and concerned citizen Elon Musk bought Twitter to fight that. This started the process by which alternate media such as AVD rose to provide actual reporting on what is really going on as opposed to the obvious propaganda spewed by the Legacy Media. This leaves the criminals standing there with both hands in the cookie jar, right in front of everybody who wanted those cookies.

The Communist News Network Engaged in Honesty

Basically what happened is Comrade Schumer spewed a bunch of baseless claims about why the SAVE Act should not be passed. You would expect CNN to do what they always do and lie along with him. But they didn't! They fact-checked him in a way that was brutally honest. Maybe they are tired of hemorrhaging audience and decided that honesty is not such a bad policy after all?

It makes one wonder if The New York Times is considering a similar move, for example publishing a true story. Nah, they couldn't bring themselves to do it.

Commies and Peaceful Protestors

The communists are still opposing military action in Iran, probably because the mullahs are merely peaceful protestors. They are not against illegal aliens kicking police dogs in the face, as that is yet another form of peaceful protesting to these whackos. Using the "wrong" pronouns is "violence" to them, however.

Commies Face Election Fraud Difficulties

The communists face a tough time this coming November, due to many reasons. Among those are the many changes in election rules in most states. The commies have long relied on election fraud because their policies stink and nobody with any ability to think would actually vote for them. Commies Face Election Funding Difficulties

The communists also face a massive funding shortfall. The funds they raise mostly go to election fraud activities, which have been significantly restricted. The only hope they have of taking the House or Senate is if good people stay home instead of vote. Be sure you get out and vote on Election Day. This November, the movement to shrink the Communist Party's role in our government must be too big to fail. We must vote them out of the House, out of the Senate, out of state legislatures, out of governorships, out of County offices, and out of municipal offices. Let the libtards stay home if they want to, but we must show up and vote. 

Communist China Running On Fumes

Communist China, not to be confused with Communist California (unless your name is Adam Schiff or Gavin Newsome), has long relied on three countries to provide it the oil it needs to pose an economic and military threat to the USA. Those countries are Venezuela, Iran, and Russia. You know what the deal is with Venezuela (we are now working with them and buying their oil) and Iran (we control that oil, it isn't going to China anymore). With Russia, the situation was sanctions against them (due to the Ukraine War) prevented them from selling anything from their vast oil reserves on the open market. So China negotiated to buy Russian oil at very cheap prices. Trump recently negotiated a deal lifting sanctions such that India could buy Russian oil at market rates. What do you think is going to happen next? That midget of a President of Ukraine has zero leverage and nothing to offer. That whole situation is going to end with Russian oil being available to the world market and if China wants any of it they will pay full price.

AOC and the run for POTUS

The submoron known as AOC has pretty much become the face of the Communist Party in the USA. Senator John Kennedy has some things to say about her:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the reason there are directions on a shampoo bottle. After much debate, I’ve determined that AOC is the leader of the Democratic Party. She’s entitled to her opinion; I’m entitled to mine. BUT she’s the head of the snake. As a staunch opponent, I’ve circled up with my Republican colleagues to devise a plan to deal with her. It’s called “Operation Let Her Speak.”

I fully believe this operation will be an amazing success. Here are a few of my favorite AOC quotes that have been commissioned by Operation Let Her Speak:

• “Attorneys don’t know as much about the law as lawyers do.”
• “It’s more important to be morally right than factually correct.”
• “My choice isn’t what I breathe in, it’s what I exhale… And right now, in this moment, I feel a need for all of us to breathe fire.”
• “Under capitalism, man oppresses man. Under socialism, it’s the other way around.”

This strategy worked with the Cackler, too. She spoke, and it was clear that she is severely retarded. Brainless Biden, same thing in his first and last "debate" with Trump in the 2024 election. In the 2020 election, Trump kept interrupting Brainless and arguing with him. This gave Brainless legitimacy and made his "win" somewhat semi-plausible if you ignored the fact he could not complete a single sentence even once and nobody showed up at his rallies other than the organizers. This strategy blew Jasmine Crockett out of her own party's Senate primary.

Bernie Sanders regularly makes an ass of himself, and Elizabeth Warren can't open her mouth without inserting her foot. We do not need to argue with, or even engage, these idiots. Let them spew stupidity while MAGA leaders get results. And you cannot argue with the results.

If AOC is the best the commies can come up with, she will also drag them down this November. Let her speak.

Communist Party And Voter ID

The communists see their mission as "Oppose Trump", which is self-defeating and patently absurd considering Trump was elected by a landslide three times already. And the third time, voters overwhelmingly chose America First over the communism that  we endured for four awful years. The overturned the 2020 election via mail-in voting, non-existent people voting, and other fraud that a simple measure such as Voter ID would eliminate. The commies know they cannot win in a fair election, thus they correctly see Voter ID as an existential threat.

This is why they oppose the SAVE Act, even though something like 83% of voters want it passed. They are holding DHS hostage, believing that voters will not connect the huge dots between this and having to stand in TSA lines an extra four hours. They are too stupid to understand the SAVE Act will pass, no matter what they do. But the more the engage in "hurt the voters" conduct to oppose it, the dimmer their chances this November.

The only hope they have is if non-communists are complacent enough to stay home. We must all get out in November and vote. The communists have never been more vulnerable, and we must strike en masse this November. We might not rid ourselves of Schumer himself, but if we all vote you can bet the commies will lose a record number of House and Senate seats. Making that happen is our patriotic duty, and we have this one chance.

Chuck "Election cheating is a fundamental right" Schumer claimed that the SAVE Act would "kick tens of billions of people" off the voting rolls. Considering the entire world has a population of less than ten billion, that is quite a trick. A claim of even 10s of millions would be absurd; the vast majority of American voters have a driver's license and can easily meet the low bar of voter ID. In fact, there are 242 licensed drivers in the USA and only about 160 million registered voters.4

Cognitively Impaired, #2

One ridiculous lie that the "Election cheating is a fundamental right" morons are spewing is that a married woman would not be able to vote because her name on her driver's license won't match the name on her birth certificate. Very few people ever bother to contact their state of birth to obtain their birth certificate, and Barry Soetoro was "elected" twice as President of the USA despite not even having one (his team produced an obviously fraudulent hospital certificate, which is not issued by the government and which is no an official identification document).

Nobody is saying you have to produce a birth certificate to vote. Most states have a Real ID driver's license, which you get by submitting various documents. Though I do have a birth certificate, I did not have one at the time I got my Real ID and other documents readily sufficed.

By now, the only people afraid of the SAVE Act are the criminals who depend upon cheating in elections and the morons who are too stupid to reject the lies of those same people. Nobody can explain how such morons became so cognitively impaired that they believe Schumer, et al, but at least such morons are a tiny minority. Let's hope they don't breed.

Cognitively Impaired, #3

An astounding 30% of voters view the Communist Party favorably, according to a poll conducted by lamestream media outlet NBC. No doubt, that figure is inflated. But even if it is even half right, that is an alarming number. What is wrong with those people?

They are cognitively impaired, that's what. They live in echo chambers, filling their minds with nonsense from lamestream media and not paying attention to the reality around them. They do not question the lies, no matter how absurd. They are fully subjugated by the language abuse, calling commies "Democrats" for example. Sunlight is a powerful disinfectant, so what's needed here to restore these people to mental health is to shine light on the lies they so passively accept.

One of the lies they are endlessly spewing now is that Trump is anti-immigrant. They need people to believe that so they can stop ICE from deporting fake voters (who always vote commie). When you hear this lie, ask them if they know what country First Lady Melania Trump is from or if they have ever heard her accent. Suggest they watch the documentary "Melania" and then see if they still believe Trump hates immigrants. Ask them if they know what country JD Vance's wife is from, and why an immigrant-hating guy would pick a VP who is married to an immigrant.

The main thing we need to do is unplug these people from the Lamestream Media Matrix. Since these people obviously cannot think for themselves, we can use the same simple peer pressure tactics that worked in grade school. Simply scoff at the New York Times and say something like, "Honestly? Nobody who cares about the truth reads that rag. You'll get more accuracy from the National Enquirer." Or, "When you quote from Apple News, you kind of brand yourself as a loser. Is that really how you want people to see you?"

Just keep in mind that you cannot have substantive discussions with these people, at least not yet. Make them feel embarrassed for allowing themselves to be taken in by the lamestream media, and you knock one leg off the stool. It's also a step toward permanently shutting down one lamestream media propaganda operation after another. No audience means no ads, and no ads means no money, and no money means they cease to exist. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

The commies keep taking the bait. Their latest act of stupidity was opposing a bill that tugs at the hearts of animal-loving voters. From American Values Digest: "The House passed the BOWOW Act 228–190 on Thursday, making noncitizens convicted of harming police animals deportable and inadmissible. All Republicans voted yes. Only 15 Democrats crossed the aisle to support the bill. Speaker Mike Johnson blasted opponents, writing that "190 Democrats just voted to give illegal immigrants the RIGHT TO PHYSICALLY ABUSE American service dogs." The bill now heads to the Senate."

The patriots could have proposed a bill stating that illegal aliens who stab babies to death in their strollers get deported, and the commies would have opposed it because the commies need illegal aliens to fraudulently vote for them. They fail to understand they are up against a vastly smarter opponent, one who keeps setting them up for a pie in the face.

We are at war and have had a string of terrorist attacks over the past month. Yet, the commies refuse to vote to fund DHS. Why on earth anyone would, at this point, vote for a commie candidate boggles the mind. These sociopaths have no moral compass. At all.

The Covid Scam was one of the weapons used against humanity during the Communist Occupation of the USA. Those of us who applied even minimal common sense were dubious of the wild claims made by Anthony Fauci, the Centers for Disinformation and Censorship, and the Fraudulent Drug Administration. Upon expressing our concerns or merely questioning the obvious stupidity, we were promptly ostracized by many of our "friends", family, and coworkers.

When people follow a particular ideology and seek confirmation rather than truth, they block out inputs that don't conform to that viewpoint. Now, here's an ironic development that affects the aforementioned ostracized. Most of us, maybe all of us, might be living in our own echo chambers (emphasis on "might"). Consider that most of us, maybe all of us:

• Avoid the lamestream media.
• Refuse to engage in a "political" conversation with the aforementioned ideologues, because we find it both fruitless and frustrating.
• Have pruned our social groups such that we don't associate, unless we have to, with the gas lighted, low-information ideology followers.
• Avoid antisocial media, having found it to also be pro-idiocy media.
• Reject out of hand any "news" or "information" that comes from propaganda sources like Apple News; we simply do not want to see it.

This sounds like an echo chamber way of looking at the world. But is it? Let's flip that pancake over and see the other side. Most of us, maybe all of us, now:

• Seek out unbiased information sources, identifying them as such not because we agree with them but because they build a pretty solid case for what they present to us.
• Engage in conversations, sometimes arguments, with informed people--with the result that one or both of us come away better-informed. That is, we hash out the issue and debate the points rather than spew talking points that have no foundation under them. Or, we simply engage in polite conversation during and after which we consider what the other person said.
• Have formed new social contacts such that our existing views are now challenged, refined, or expanded by high-information people and we actually enjoy that.
• Have replaced antisocial media posturing with engaging conversations that require thought.
• Don't clutter our mental intake vents with nonsensical garbage from propaganda sources. GIGO (garbage in, garbage out) thus has a minor, if any, effect on us.

Those of us who apply common sense and even critical thinking are, thus, not in danger of living an echo chamber. We have moved in exactly the opposite direction. Further, we are not consumed with hate-based politics but instead feed both mind and spirit in a positive way with information on a variety of topics. We are intellectually curious, seeking to expand our horizons rather than shrink them to fit into the confines of an obsessive ideology.

Today's low-information ideologues continue to sink deeper into the stupidity vortex because they:

• Limit themselves to the lamestream media and other grossly biased disinformation sources.
• Refuse to engage in conversation with anyone they disagree with, going instead for talking over us and hurling insults at us.
• Reject out of hand anything presented to them from outside their echo chamber disinformation sources.
• Tend to be on a constant newsfeed, clogging their mental intake vents with so much nonsensical garbage that there is no room for information.
• Are focused on their hate-based politics to the exclusion of anything useful. This leaves them stunted intellectually and emotionally, which partially explains why AOC and Jasmine Crockett are so stupid.

There is nothing wrong with being discerning. You should never feel bad about distancing yourself from leftwing lunatics, especially if they are abusive, obnoxious, or dangerous. Even if you are not a Christian, this advice from the Apostle Paul is probably what you are following now (Philippians 4:8): “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” The Muslims have their own version of this in Quran 4:112:"And whatever is good and noble and beautiful and excellent, think about such things."

Doing that instead of letting the lunatic lefties divert you into listening to their line of BS is the correct choice. It's not putting yourself into an echo chamber, it is removing yourself from echo chambers entirely.

If you stay with the mistaken notion that cat kibble = cat food, then your cat's health will benefit from buying the best kibble. A 4lb bag of Blue Wilderness now goes for about $30.

There is only so much a kibble maker can do to make kibble a healthier choice. And no matter what they do, kibble will never be a truly healthy Think of it as the protein bar version of pet food. The hydrolyzed protein in those bars isn't easy for your body to use, and there are other problems. The lack of moisture is another problem with kibble, and most cat custodians try to solve this with a bowl of water. Instead, use a pet fountain (change the water and filters each week).

The next step up from kibble is canned cat food. You can get something poisonous like Fancy Feast, which you should never feed to a cat unless you totally hate that cat and wish it to have agonizing health problems and a short life. In which case, you should not have a cat. Or kids. If you step up to a product that is basically meat chunks with a sugar-free bone-broth gravy, you are doing OK by your cat. But it's still a canned food. And if you stick with the same few formulations, your cat will be nutrient-deficient. These canned foods are also atrociously expensive.

You can save some money and expand your cat's diet by buying canned fish (still a canned food, but are you seriously going to catch sardines yourself?). Tuna, mackerel, and sardines are common choices. The two smaller fish are near the bottom of the food chain, so do not have nearly as much mercury as tuna. Ensure you get plain fish in water, not seasoned and not "lightly salted" or oil.

This kind of canned food diet is heavy in meat, which is fine for a cat (not so fine for a dog). But when cats hunt, they eat the whole animal and thus also eat the fruits, berries, and vegetables in that animals digestive tract. For convenience, you can make canned cat food (premium brands) and canned fish your main thing with kibble available for snacking. But you save money and improve your cat's health and happiness with real foods you prepare yourself. Just like kids, cats are individuals who have different tastes. Try these along with canned and kibble with your cat, and see which work:

• Scrambled egg. If you scramble one medium egg (in butter) and give your cat about 1/5 of it in a bowl, that's a decent serving for an average-sized cat. You can eat the rest.
• Giblets from the butcher. This needs to be a once a week sort of thing, if liver is included. Portion size needs to be about half what you would serve from canned cat food.
• Pumpkin. Yep, another canned food unless you want to prep up an actual pumpkin. Try adding a little on top of some kibble or mix it in with canned cat food.
• Bone broth. If you use this for soup stock, try giving your cat about 1 tablespoon in a bowl. Try using it to moisten a small amount of kibble, or mix it in with canned cat food.
• Blueberries. Try a few, and see if your cat likes them. Limit to a few in any given day, and don't feed them to your cat every day.
• Spinach. Some cats will munch on whole spinach raw, if you set a bunch upright in a bowl. Others will eat it only steamed. This is a super food for your cat, offer it a couple of times per day. And disregard the oxylate nonsense, your cat would need to eat several times his body weight in spinach each day for that to be a factor.
• Peas. Pea protein is good for cats, and peas are a common ingredient in many cat foods. But feed them sparingly to your cat.
• Carrots. Try making a thin "stick" that you can hold while your cat chews on it. This brings some intimacy and interaction with your cat. You can also dice it up into tiny chunks and mix it in with canned fish.
• Banana. A great food for your cat, try putting a few small chunks (cat treat sized) onto a tea saucer and see if your cat likes it.
• Beef. Small chunks of sirloin or similar are good for your cat. Don't overdo it.
• Chicken. Small chunks, don't overdo it.

Do take care not to feed your cat table scraps or feed your cat something that you do not first look up to see if it's safe for the cat to eat. Many things that are safe for us to eat can kill a cat. Your cat trusts you, so be very careful to check anything before giving it to your cat.

	It seems there is always some new (and idiotic) idea about improving athletic performance. Last year, anorexia was the big new idea in climbing. It sort of makes sense, the higher your power to weight ratio the better and with less weight the ratio goes up. But this ratio is only a minor factor, and losing lean mass makes you weaker. None of the elite or professional climbers are anemic, and all of them poo-pooed this idiocy. This year, the new idea in climbing is "bulking up". To bodybuilders, this means taking in extra calories during the off season to help you build muscle. But that's not what's meant here, it's a hijacked term. What they are doing is lifting very heavy weights for a very partial range of motion. Doing this tends to cause the muscle belly to bulge in the middle, making it appear larger and stronger. The disadvantages are numerous. No serious bodybuilder will do this, because you lose the aesthetics. No climber should do this, because climbing requires a high degree of flexibility. And yet, there are now people doing it. As my sweetie pointed out, they really should have asked somebody before going down that path. If you can set aside its history of censorship (very one-sided politically), YouTube is a great place to get information. It's also a great place to get disinformation. People are "learning" all kinds of stupid things there. Have you seen the "doctor" who says bananas are a poor source of potassium? Ask any senior citizen who went back for a blood test after giving a daily banana habit a month to work. Gee, the low potassium problem is gone and so are those painful leg cramps! There is some good stuff on YouTube. But you need to filter it using the basic smell test. Some things are, as my climbing buddy Brett says, "Well established". It is well established that subjecting the entire muscle belly to tension (full range exercise) produces an aesthetically pleasing look and optimally increases functional strength. In fact, what classic body builders do has been established for decades. What do I mean by "classic"? There's a division by that name in the Arnold Classic. Those guys look a lot like Frank Zane. Instead of "bubble guts" like the mass monsters, they have small waists and are thin through the belly. They look like athletes, not like freaks. Athletes across nearly all sports follow the same general training methods as these guys. And they do that because these training methods work.
	Some elements of these training methods: Split routine. Nobody does a "full body workout" because (among other reasons) it cannot produce enough time under tension for any given muscle group. Leg day. This is the hardest, most grueling workout. Also the most productive. Every serious athlete sets aside a session devoted to exercises such as squats and deadlifts. Opposing muscles. If you work your chest, you must also work your upper back or you get imbalance. Some people work opposing pairs (e.g., back/triceps) and others work one group in one session and its opposing group in another. No dangerous exercises. You're not going to get some giant improvement by doing behind the neck overhead presses, but you will likely set yourself back due to injury. Controlled, no momentum. It's not about moving the weight, it's about letting the weight resist the movement. That's why it's called resistance training. If you are throwing the weights, you are defeating the purpose of using them. Let's not forget the diet aspect, either. A whole food diet that includes vegetables of many different colors will hands-down beat any multivitamin product on the market. Jack LaLanne said, "If it's made by man, I don't eat it." People who subsist on junk food try to make up for that with protein shakes and other products sold by the supplement industry, it's a losing game. For athletic performance, you need to get proper instruction in your sport and then practice as recommended to learn the various techniques and when to apply them. You also need to put in many hours of just doing your sport. Be around people who are serious about it and who enjoy doing it. Observe what they do. Ask for tips. Ask for advice. Pay attention. Nobody will ever excel at a sport, or even be able to stay with it, by dint of engaging in training methods that violate the principles that have long been established and empirically tested. The only problem with those principles is that following them takes effort and discipline. But if you're an athlete, this should not be a problem for you.
