Socialism isn't an ideology.
It's a pathology.
1. Good News
Item 1. One of the problems when waging a campaign of hatred and lies
is that as you up the ante you alienate ever more people until you
self-ostracize. That's what Joe McCarthy did; he finally went too far. In
particular, he accused George Marshall of being a communist. Today, the Marxists
who are waging a campaign of hatred and lies by doing such things as toppling
historic statues have gone too far many times. But never too far for the
zombie-minded libtards. That may have changed, as they toppled and beheaded a
Jesus statue in a Catholic church. Read the full story here:
Item 2. The libtards support anything that gives trouble to our unpaid
volunteer President, a man who performed an economic miracle during is first
year in office. His predecessor made millions of black people jobless, but Trump
reversed that and yet Trump is considered a racist while his black people
devastating predecessor is not. That's libtard "logic" for you. While
many libtards are not Catholic, some libtards happen to be Catholic (as are many Trump supporters and many others who
don't really care). Now with the attack on their religion by the Marxists, they
will have to choose whether their religion or their hatred for Trump is more
important to them. That could be very good news in November.
Item 3. Right-wing nutjobs have been downplaying CV-19, doing no
service to a society that is under assault from left-wing nutjobs. Now even an
iconic left-wing media source (the "E-communist") is saying a vaccine is
probably in our near future. They have said it many times over the past month.
Here is one article:
And here's an article from a left-wing university:
Item 4. If the Socialist Party (formerly the Democratic Party) keeps
the House, takes the Senate, and defeats Trump in November we will have a
Soviet-style economic disaster here for two years or maybe four. That is the
truly awful news. The good news is the Marxists are so aggressive, offensive,
and destructive in their efforts to take over society that ordinary people are
repelled to the point where even many card-carrying Democrat voters will
not vote for a Socialist Party member. Here is one man's analysis:
Now, what is likely to happen is Trump will prevail, and the Socialist Party
will lose on all three fronts. Having the Rs in charge of both chambers and the
White House has turned out poorly for us before, but conditions this time would
moot the ill effects. The Democrats would most likely regroup and reject the
most vocal Marxists among them, returning to being the Democratic Party. Still
not good when it comes to policy, but not insane and destructive as it is now.
It would actually serve to balance the excesses of the right. This is good news,
but it is not guaranteed to happen. I give it a 98% chance, though. My point in
telling you this is so you are not in despair over the cancel culture and other
lunacy going on.
Remember, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. In this
case, with the truly awful actions we should see some good reactions.
Item 5. The Chinese Communist Party has been hemorrhaging top members
for years. Once people rise to the top layers, many of them use their privileged
position to flee the country. The CCP leadership has used golden handcuffs and
other measures (some very unpleasant) to compel them to stay. But the fact
remains, this failed ideology (the same one spewed by Marxists here in the USA)
sentences the vast majority of the victim country's population to misery and
poverty. Even the elites are miserable. The CCP will fall apart, probably within
the next five to ten years. And that is very good news.
Item 6. We can stop Covid without a shutdown
and without a vaccine. This would be devastating to the libtard
agenda, but the story appeared in a highly regarded leftwing source:
Item 7. Nancy "Nutcase" Pelosi reached a new low, and for her that is
really saying something. She referred to the Corona Virus as "The Trump Virus."
Nikki Haley, former US Ambassador to the UN said, "She didn’t require masks in
her committees until mid June and opposed the China travel ban. The only one to
blame for this virus is China. Many have died. We should be unified on that
front, not playing political games with it.”
Read the full story here:
So how is this good news? Well, old Nutcase is one of the worst things that
ever happened to the United States. She belongs in a padded cell, not a public
office. The idiots (and I use that word kindly here) in San Francisco keep
voting Nutcase in. If half the Nutcase supporters in San Francisco have any
sense at all, this will be the incident that causes them to stop being so
idiotic about Nutcase and vote against her this fall. A Congress without Nancy
Nutcase Pelosi would be great news for the nation and the world.
Nutcase has become increasingly unhinged over the past few months, so look
for her to do something even more offensive in the weeks to come. Another
possibility is the Democrats will ask her to step down as Speaker if it turns
out the voters in San Francisco actually don't have any sense at all. She is an
embarrassment to most other Democrats, and she is getting worse.
That fount of libtard brainwashing, hatred, and disinformation--the New York
Times--has been publicly called out yet again. That's the good news, and would
it not be wonderful if they would cease publication due to a mass uprising from
disgusted subscribers? Their latest over the top insult to humanity took the
form of a religiously biased article. This time, instead of being against
Christians (the traditional religious punching bag among the left-wingers), it
was against Falun Gong. Read the full story here:
The American Socialist Party (ASP, just like the snakes they are) is facing a
backlash. Their core assumptions about American voters are proving wrong. The
polls reported by the mudstream media show the ASP winning in November, but
those polls are designed to take advantage of the propaganda technique known as
the "bandwagon effect" to mislead people into "joining the crowd". As the
mudstream media continues to prove it can't be trusted, fewer people trust them
every day. Their polling reports aren't taken seriously by non-radicals, and
that's good news.
Properly conducted polls show that voters, even in Marxist
wastelands like Chicago and New Mexico, increasingly see the ASP as an
unacceptable choice. People remember that after two years of Trump, unemployment
reached a 50 year low and quite a few things had improved for ordinary
Americans. And it was Donald Trump who signed the historic 2017 Tax Reform Act,
the most significant and beneficial legislation to emerge in the lifetimes of
most Americans alive today. Among other benefits, it removed the heavy boot of
the IRS from the necks of dozens of millions of taxpayers.
Even people who
didn't like Trump's demeanor or his stupid trade wars were looking at those
improvements and thinking he really wasn't all that bad. The ASP tried to push
these "swing voters" away from Trump by wreaking havoc on society and spewing
hatred. That has backfired. The ASP denied people in New York their Second
Amendment rights, defunded the police, and let huge numbers of violent felons
out of prison. Predictably, the murder rate shot way up. Even the dimmest among
New Yorkers can now see the ASP is not their friend.
We have about three
months to go until we see how this turns out. But right now, it is looking like
"regular people" are rejecting the ASP and all the hate and destruction it
stands for. The ASP continues to pursue this strategy, under the theory that
they can extort people to deny Trump a second term if they want this insanity to
end. But if the ASP does this with Trump in office, people have to wonder what
they will do if Biden is in office. And that scares them. Good news!
Nearly one million Americans went back to work in the second week of July. This
would not have been possible in the age of "Obamanomics."
Multiple journals have had articles about Covid-19 testing being pooled for a
major improvement in preventing the spread. Here is one such article:
Many Americans rely on Medicare. At the recent convention of the American
Socialist Party, 470 delegates pledged to vote against any ASP platform that did
not include a promise to destroy that system. Yes, this sounds terrible. But
what it means is anyone currently on Medicare or expecting to be on it soon, or
who has close friends or relatives, would be insane to vote for any Democrat
this fall. This latest threat by the ASP should convince even the most liberal
among us to say no to socialism this fall. Read the full story here:
13. Barry Soetoro's presidency had many "firsts" and about 70 of them are
awful. Donald Trump's presidency also has many "firsts" and most are quite
impressive. For example, he is the first POTUS to refuse a salary for the job.
He is the first POTUS whose policies caused unemployment to reach a 50 year low.
In the past 100 years, he is the first POTUS who got rich BEFORE entering
politics. Yes, he's also the first POTUS to spew a ton of idiotic tweets. But
that's form over substance.
14. The Ohio House Speaker was removed from his position. Read the full
story here, and notice from the photo he has a full-blown case of metabolic
Some may wonder why Nancy "Nutcase" Pelosi has not been removed from her
position, after all she has done far more damage than this guy. It has to do
with legal technicalities. Accomplished psychopaths like Pelosi know how to play
their sick, twisted games without doing something that overtly violates
statutory law. The less competent criminals get caught, as did this crook in
15. The President orchestrated a deal that saves Kodak, moves the USA toward
better pharmaceutical security, and provides jobs in war-torn communist
countries such as Minnesota and New York. Read the full story here:

3. Brainpower tip
There is rhetoric and there is reality. In most cases, you have to engage your
brain and then choose which to believe.
Sometimes when sorting things out, it helps to look at what the rhetoric
spewers do not say. For example, here are some things you do not hear from the
"protestors" in the current culture war do not say:
- Black Jobs Matter. Soetoro (aka Obama) destroyed thousands of jobs that
black people held. Trump reversed that. Black Cops Matter. So a career
criminal is killed by a psychopath in a police uniform in a city run by
delusional socialists and the nation mourns. But both active and retired
black cops are killed and the media say nothing.
- Black Wives Matter. A woman marries a man who refuses to behave like an
adult, leaving her to struggle rearing her children. Somehow that's
OK--maybe because some of these black women have done amazing things anyhow?
Black Conservatives Matter. Why is it that all the media and protestors
assume everyone who might be called black has to be a liberal? Especially
when we look at the last 50 years of liberal policies that have, overall,
- Black Executives Matter. People like Kenneth Chenault are heroes in the
business world. But you don't hear rappers praising them. Black Doctors
Matter. And black nurses, lawyers, electricians, and others who have
undertaken a hard course of study to earn a living in a difficult field.
- Black Businesses Matter. Why is it OK to burn down a store owned by a
black person as a means of protesting oppression against black people? Black
Diets Matter. Why is it that large food corporations can target black people
with processed "food" that dramatically shortens their lives and blacks
aren't organizing a boycott?
- Black Hair Matters. See Chris Rock's documentary about this. Allegedly,
the natural hair of black women isn't good enough and they have to spend
ridiculous sums to fix that. Why aren't more men (of all colors) telling
black women their hair is beautiful in its natural form? This doesn't take
any effort, because it is!
Another bit of rhetoric we are bombarded with these days is that people
are defined by their color and black people are to be especially objectified
this way. This view makes no sense to any thinking person. Here's a short
analysis of this trend:
All this rhetoric about race detracts people from dealing with reality. It's
a blatant attempt to control every member of society and to keep us from being
happy, contributing individuals. When you choose to believe reality instead of
the rhetoric, then you can determine how to pursue and spread happiness.
4. Finance tip
I've long considered it an essential and cost-saving product. It's
slightly more acidic than vinegar, and has many of the same uses. Here are some
of the things you can do with borax:
- Unclog toilets. Today's toilets are made for midgets under the age of 3
who are on a low-fiber diet. Borax can help you deal with this reality. Keep
a box by the commode. Pour some into the bowl before sitting down if you
expect to "give birth to a politician". Else, just pour some in if you have
a problem; wait 15 minutes then flush.
- Clean toilet bowl jets. Pour some into the tank.
- Remove scale from toilet bowls. If you pour vinegar into a toilet bowl
and let it stand overnight, you will remove all most of the scale. You can
do the same thing with borax, which is slightly stronger.
- It's pretty good at getting up carpet stains and deodorizing. But before
using borax, try baking soda. If baking soda doesn't lift the stain, try
vinegar. And then vinegar on baking soda. For cat puke, pick up the loose
stuff then spray vinegar on the spots and wipe with a rag.
- Disinfect tiled areas after a pet mess or child emission.
- Kill mold and mildew with a borax solution of one cup of borax and one
quart of hot water.
- Kill ants and other crawling pests. Make a mix of that "other white
powder" (the highly addictive drug we call "sugar") and borax--about 50/50.
The sugar will attract the bugs, and the borax will kill them.
- Kill bed bugs by sprinkling borax on and under your mattress and also
your box springs. Wait one hour, and vacuum the mattress and the box
springs. Then turn it over and repeat the process on the underside of each.
- If you don't have a cat, put a line of borax around the perimeter of
your home to repel mice. If you do have a cat, don't feed it corn or wheat
as these will make your cat sick and moot its hunting instincts.
- Sprinkle borax on the floor along the wall and keep mice out of your
- For larger pests, such as IRS agents, have an accomplice force some
borax through their car's weatherstripping. Then call the DEA and report
them as cocaine dealers,
- Rather than use the powerful neurotoxin RoundUp to kill driveway weeds,
put borax on those weeds. The rain will dilute it to a non-toxic level
(unlike with RoundUp, which remains toxic). Don't apply borax to dandelions;
unlike vinegar, it will kill your grass also.
- Laundry is whiter when you add borax. A detergent commercial in the
1970s really promoted this idea, and that borax-enhanced detergent got
- For your dishwasher, always use a gel such as that made by Seventh
Generation. Unlike a powder, it won't form a clog in the drain pipe. It
doesn't contain cancer-causing chlorine, either. If you want extra cleaning
add a tablespoon or two of borax. Borax in the dishwater will also help
clean your garbage disposal.
- Mix with water to make a good cleaner for glass, such as windows and
- Clean fruits and vegetables. It should kill most parasites (IRS agents,
though parasites, are too large to hide on fruits and vegetables) and even
strip away much of the toxic chemicals on the surfaces of them.
- Replace a few petrochemical commercial cleaning products. Mix borax and
water in a spray bottle, and you have a powerful, non-toxic cleaner you can
use on most anything. It even removes glue!
- Remove rust with it. If you add it to lemon juice (another acid) to make
a paste, this process will be easier.
- Mix a pinch in water and drink it, about three times a week. This
provides boron, which may be insufficient in your diet. Rinse with water,
because the borax is acidic and you don't want it staying on your teeth.
- Do not use borax on granite counters, garage floors, or driveways. It
will pit them terribly.
- Avoid getting borax in your eyes. If that does happen, immediately flush
with water. Follow up with sterile eye drops after the flush and 15 minutes
- Remember, it's an acid. Use accordingly.
5. Security tip
In Chicago, where the
Second Amendment is totally disregarded, the politicians let large numbers
of violent offenders out of prison and cut back on police. The city
experienced a sharp rise in violence and lethal shootings. Is there a
connection? Gee, that's a tough one.
According to libtard
dogma, police officers are psychopaths who routinely kill unarmed people. Is
this true? Perhaps this video will help shed some light on that:
After watching it, you
decided whether we should "defund" police departments based on the idea that
any shooting of an unarmed suspect is unjustified.
BTW, don't forget that
Dick's Sporting Goods is under a national boycott because they don't want
you to be protected from all those violent criminals the libtard politicians
have released from prison. Apparently, we should be more concerned that a
repeat offender rapist/murderer might contract a non-lethal case of Covid
than an innocent mother will never see her children again because of him.
That's libtard "morality" for you.
6. Health tip/Fitness tips
Photo taken a couple of weeks after my 59th birthday.
Note that the information provided here will likely conflict with the "fad
of the moment" and other unsustainable, unproductive ways of looking at
health and fitness.
Article appears below.
early days of the shutdown, I was climbing on a wall I built in my backyard:
still use it, but once the gyms re-opened, I returned to them. It's
important to support those climbing gyms. If all of them make it through
this period, I will be surprised.
The real solution to
this and any future epidemic is in this article. Read it and spread the
all of my climbing videos here:
The Invincible Immune System, Part 7: Nutrients and supplements.
foods hugely boost immunity and should be focused on during an epidemic?
Which vitamins, minerals, and supplements actually work toward strengthening
your immune system (hint: Vitamin C is not even close to being the whole
story). Let's start with supplements, then go to diet.
For bodybuilding, that's an article on its own.
Here are some for building your immune system:
- L-Glutamine. Bodybuilders and elite athletes typically consume this
in fairly large quantities.
- Vitamin C. Make sure you don't have a B vitamin deficiency, as that
inhibits your ability to absorb C. Raw fruits and vegetables have plenty
of vitamin C, but there's nothing wrong in getting a little more
- Vitamin D3. A sublingual spray or sublingual drops work best. Aim
for 6X the RDA (that number comes from actual data).
- Zinc. If it's in a multivitamin you're taking, no need to take
extra. Try to find it in natural food sources such as beans.
- Magnesium. Beans are loaded with it, as are some other foods that
Which diet should you follow?
- Keto Diet.
- Paleo Diet.
- Bodybuilder Diet.
- Mediterranean Diet.
- All of the above.
Answer: G. Other. The first two are based on junk science and fallacious
reasoning. And they are not healthy diets, despite what their adherents want
to believe. The bodybuilder diet is boring, lacks variety, and is unhealthy
over the long run (e.g., more than a few months). This diet can be fixed by
adding variety and adjusting the portions a tad. Note that many bodybuilders
already add variety and adjust portions to have more "super foods" in their
meals. The traditional bodybuilder diet is simple and boring because it's
something single guys came up with and they looked at food as merely fuel.
Their approach is lazy, and they pay for that laziness.
The next three come fairly close to being healthy. Why is this? Because
they emphasize fruits and vegetables and eliminate (in most versions) or
greatly reduce (in other versions) western grains such as our
endocrine-modifying wheat, corn, and soy. You're not actually on the
Mediterranean Diet if you are eating wheat pasta instead of seminola pasta;
there is a huge difference. This diet vastly improves over the American
grain diet in one very notable way: it generously uses healthy fats. Low-fat
diets increase your risk of diseases like MS and have many other health
Vegan fails because it eliminates all animal products including eggs
(more about eggs, below). You cannot be on this diet without using manmade
supplements (for example, B-12). Most vegans would be shocked to know the
supplements they buy to make up for a lack of animal products are typically
made from animal products.
So is the vegetarian diet the right one? No, there's not a "vegetarian
diet". Though if you wish to be vegetarian (I am) and you eat a wide variety
of fruits and vegetables (plus beans and select grains like rice), this is
an excellent choice for optimizing your immune system. What's wrong with
meat or fish? Meat in the USA is nearly all corn-fed, which means a lot of
bad things for your health. Same with farmed fish. Ocean fish has too much
mercury in it. If you can find meat that's safe to eat, then eat it if you
have no aversion to the environmental reasons not to eat it.
Eggs are highly toxic unless you eat ones from chickens that aren't
abused and that do eat grass instead of corn (it's a fatty acid thing). So
buy eggs from ethical farmers only.
- Contain all the nutrients you need, except fiber.
- Contain nothing hedonic, therefore there's no dopamine stimulation
to increase appetite or bring on hunger.
- Are low in calories.
- Are referred to as "the killer weight loss food".
- Are low-cost compared to many alternatives.
- Are an excellent source of precursors to DHEA and testosterone, both
of which are vital for lean muscle mass.
- Provide essential fats, including ones that help reduce body fat.
Contrary to what you may have been told, do NOT toss away the yolks. If
there's a recipe reason to use only whites, use the yolks in something else.
Eggs are great as omelets. They are great boiled and the sliced or diced
into whole food meals in place of meat. They are still animal protein, yet
among all proteins they are considered the "perfect protein". Protein values
are assessed with eggs as the standard (eggs are at 100%, and other proteins
rank below them).
In case you've been told the lie that eating eggs raises your blood
levels of cholesterol, the truth is the cholesterol does not survive its
trip through your stomach. What your body gets is the materials needed to
build important hormones like testosterone and DHEA.
Some general rules of thumb:
- Aim for 80% fruits and vegetables. The fruit part would be the mass
equivalent of two pears each day (eat at least two different fruits
daily) or something like that depending on how many calories you can
burn. That is, if you decide to eat an apple, an apricot, a plum, and a
grapefruit all in one day there's really nothing wrong with that. But
you will be getting a calorie bump that way.
- Focus on the super foods; you know what these are. You see these
same foods on the lists of fat loss, disease prevention, anti-aging,
cancer prevention, etc.
- Choose organic produce if buying, grow with organic methods if
- Buy only "organic" eggs; those from chickens that eat grass and are
- Spread your nutrient intake over six meals, not two or three.
- Nuts, beans, and non-toxic grains (those other than wheat, corn, and
soy) are all good. Just don't overdo it.
- Olive oil, walnut oil, coconut oil, and peanut oil are some of the
many good oils to include in your diet. Canola oil and Crisco shortening
are not. Crisco shortening should not be consumed, under any
- Eliminate all processed sugars, including fruit juices, cane sugar,
wheat, corn, and the various sweeteners that are made from corn.
- If it's processed, it's no longer food; don't eat it.
A key takeaway here is no particular "diet" is correct. Nature provides a
bounty of delicious, nutritious foods. If you make vegetables the main part
of your diet with a focus on the "super foods" and don't include toxins, you
stand almost no chance of ever getting sick. This is the way to eat. Not
some crazy diet.
Now, a problem arises. In the USA and in many other countries where we
have readers, there is a very strong disease culture. Eating in a way the
builds, instead of destroys, your immune system is not normal. There is
often social pressure to eat what others are eating. And you will likely be
lumped in with people who go for the crazy diets, as if the way you eat is
just another example of a person mindlessly following one of those diets.
I tell people this:
"I have not been sick since 1971, despite being born with an immune
deficiency that left me sick most of my early childhood. I was always in the
hospital with some sickness or another, and my dad had to take a second job
to pay for my medications even though we had medical insurance. Because of
the food choices I started making at around age 7, my immune system became
super strong and I stopped getting sick.
"Once it's processed, it's no longer food. I eat food because it's the
medicine that has kept me disease-free for the past 50 years."
The Solution to Covid-19 and future pandemics
And that brings me to one final issue regarding whether to eat food or
processed food. I used to believe that my choices were for me, and other
people's choices were for them. But because the "herd immunity" is reduced
so dramatically among those who subsist on the disease culture diet of
processed food, pandemics such as the Covid-19 one can take hold.
Tired of covering your face, keeping your distance, and putting up with
other nuisances? Don't like the trillions of dollars of extra debt the
federal government has run up? Not happy about the millions of jobs that
have been destroyed? All of this, and I do mean all of this, is a
consequence of eating processed food instead of real food.
The ONLY way to prevent another viral pandemic is to strengthen the herd
immunity to the point where such an epidemic cannot occur.
But that means instead of a single digit percentage of the population
eating real food and the other 90% + eating processed food, we need to
persuade just about everybody to eat real food either exclusively or almost
exclusively. Simply telling them their choices will make them sick or they
have a social responsibility to not buy or consume processed food won't
work. Different motivations work with different people, but positive
motivations tend to work better than negative motivations. Some tips:
- Tell friends or guests how delicious your food is, and mention it by
name. For example, "I had a really good lunch. The onions brought out
the flavor in my spinach."
- Serve only real food to guests. Don't try to accommodate them by
poisoning them, even if they would choose to poison themselves. Provide
foods that look good, smell good, and taste good.
- Do not have processed sugar in the house "in case a guest asks for
it." Would you have cocaine (the other white powder) in your house just
in case a guest asks for it?
- At the grocery store, say something positive about food to at least
one other patron. For example, "You see this bok choy in my cart, here?
It's a better calcium source than milk is."
- If you are forced to eat in a restaurant, order everything as a side
dish and plain. Flavor with olive oil, pepper, and similar things you
can get on the side. Black beans, spinach, and plain sweet potatoes are
usually available. Set an example!
- Write to your misrepresentative in Congress, and to other
politicians, about the massive economic costs of processed food. Even
beyond Covid, these staggering costs run into the trillions per year in
the USA alone. Ask why corn, wheat, and sugar, which cause so much
disease and poverty, are subsidized while spinach, fresh fruit, and
other health-promoting foods are not.
- Think of things you can do to help stop the real epidemic, which is
the addiction to processed food. It's not just the addicted who are
seriously affected by this, as the Covid pandemic has made clear. We all
suffer when there's a significant percentage of addicts in our society.
The problem is there is an insignificant percentage of people who eat
real food, and we need to flip those percentages around.
During the Covid pandemic, we are asked to stay at least 6 feet away from
other people. If nearly everyone stayed at least six feet away from
processed food, there would not even be a Covid pandemic.
The Invincible Immune System, Part 8: Rest, emotional maturity, and
mental attitude. Sleep deprivation dramatically lowers immunity, but it is a
normal condition for most people. Being emotionally mature is something that
does not happen on its own, and for most people it never happens--I'll
provide some tips to fix this. The right mental attitude is key, and I'll
explain what it is and how to make it the attitude you have.
