We thank the partners (party of Bivens) for allowing this Website to post this serious action so other investors of the Hoyt Fiasco may download it and use it to inform their Congressional leaders of Bivens (Partners Line in the Sand).

A group of partners (greater than 90) represented by Pearson¨ Merriam, P.C. law firm filed a complaint called Bivens Action (damage suit) on December 8, 1999, and a Disclosure suit on December 15, 1999.

In the Bivens case, you'll see things like "Beginning not later than 1982, and continuing to the present, Defendants knowingly, intentionally, recklessly, maliciously and in bad faith, combined, conspired, confederated and agreed with each other, and perhaps with others yet unknown to Plaintiffs, to deprive Plaintiffs of [several subjects (see download)] without due process of law in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States."

DISCLOSURE COMPLAINT FILED (Other Legal Actions)

On December 15, 1999 another complaint (C99-2038P) was filed in Seattle Washington by Pearson*Merriam. The disclosure complaint alleges unlawful disclosure by the IRS of client information to the tune of over $140 million dollars. This is the other lawsuit Monty Cobb mentioned in his last update.
