The Matrix As Allegory

The original Matrix movie, like Orwell's Animal Farm, was an allegory to explain the reality of the peasant class. Orwell presumably wrote his allegory about the Soviet Union, but it's easy enough to see that allegory fit the criminal system posing as the federal government in the United States. Remember, this was after Wilson had signed away the last vestiges of legitimate power from the government to private concerns.

The movie was a wake-up call to the deluded masses who expose their brains to the endless stream of lies, propaganda, and fairy tales spewed forth by the state-run media. Amazingly, some of the truly delusional now claim it was a religious allegory. They are way, way inside the Matrix. It was about the lack of a legitimate government and the inability of people to see reality. That's one reason why the red pill / blue pill scene is so vital to the entire trilogy.

In the United States, it's commonly held that there was a "civil war" from 1861 to 1864. Wrong. A civil war is where insurgents try to take over the means of governing. That is not what happened in this case. It was a war of secession. Lincoln called it a civil war in the Gettysburg address, because he didn't want to acknowledge secession and because he didn't want the European powers intervening (if it's an internal matter, not a matter of state, then they would not intervene).

This war was critical in US history because it changed the form of federal government and strongly concentrated power. During Reconstruction, the two political parties saw opportunity with "the Chinese problem" and merged. There has been a single party dominating US "elections" ever since. They control ballot access such that only once since the merger has a US President actually been elected. And Teddy Roosevelt was an incumbent at the time of his election only due to McKinley's unforeseen assassination. He had originally been made VEEP because at the time it was a political career death sentence. It backfired on the party bosses.

Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act under dubious circumstances, and in so doing transferred control of the currency to an unaudited, unelected group of private bankers. Those who control the currency control the country.

Then a stock market crash occurred in 1929. The country went into an economic tailspin. Unfortunately, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was "elected" to office. He immediately set about burdening the economy with overhead and sucking capital out of it. Try sucking the air out of a balloon and see what it does. In FDR's case, the country was plunged into an economic Depression. The causes of it have not been corrected, and we are still in that same Depression today. People inside the Matrix cannot see this; they eat the gruel and call it steak.

We did get a brief reprisal from the Depression following World War II. The reason? Our competitors had bombed each other's factories, and we were the only game in town. We pretty much had a monopoly. By the mid-1950s, we again had economic woes because our monopoly was gone. Eisenhower's economic policies were a response to this.

While Ike wasn't actually elected, he conducted his performance as POTUS as if he were. The criminals who put him in office thought they were getting a "dumb general military guy," because they thought everyone in the military was a doofus.

They got Kennedy, after Ike. What a relief! Or so they thought. Son of a well-known criminal, he also turned out to have a conscience. His term of employment was unilaterally ended in Dallas. Oswald's alleged shot, proven impossible for champion snipers to replicate, should have been the "red pill" to all peasants. But sadly, it wasn't potent enough to wake people up.

Those who are still in the Matrix often read something like the above and claim the writer is anti-government. The exact opposite is the case. In the United States, there has not been a legitimate federal government since Lincoln's assassination (Johnson tried, but was impeached for the "crime" of following the law). Criminals took over the CONgress, and it's been a lawless regime ever since. Ron Paul is popular because he advocates lawful government. To see his platform, read the Constitution.

If you follow the mudstream media, stop. They don't inform you, they disinform you. Instead, take the red pill. See reality. That, my friends, is the message of the Matrix trilogy.

Will you stay in wonderland, or will you wake up?

Why Buy

Why should you buy posters or prints?

Take a look at our selection. Some of these inspire and energize you, some provide information in a visually attractive way, some are calming, and others are simply beautiful.

Then, of course, there are some radical posters for those of you who like to spice things up. Whatever your taste is, you can express it with the right posters nicely framed and strategically placed. Why not have a different theme for each room in your house?

For very little money, you can personalize your home or office in a meaningful way. These also make excellent gifts to friends, spouses, customers, new customers, prospective customers, loyal customers, children, and institutions.

Why not buy a poster, and then donate it to your local library, hospital, retirement home, hospice, or other place where such beauty can make a difference? In many cases, you can even take a tax deduction for your gift.

OK, that's why you should buy posters. But, why should you buy posters or anything else from us? We have been in business since 1997, for one thing. We're not a fly by night outfit. Here are a couple of pages you can view to put your mind at ease:

And remember, it's not really "about us." Our business is about you. The customer. Without you, we wouldn't be here. And we take that to heart.

Poster Suggestions

instead of buying your customers (or friends) health-diminishing junk food gifts or something they'll just toss in a closet, give them some great art they can put on their wall. But know what it is they really like. Sending what you like might not go over so well.

To know what the intended gift recipient likes, just casually touch on things in conversation. For example, you can ask this person, "What's your favorite animal?" or maybe "Of all the animals on the planet, which one impresses you the most?" Maybe nothing will come of that. But if the person gushes about dogs, then you know a dog poster is a good idea. If that person raves about border collies, then you have the exact poster subject you need to send the perfect gift. Whales? No problem there either.

But maybe the person is a wine enthusiast and you're not. Rather than send a bottle of wine that will probably disappoint, you can send a wine poster that won't disappoint.

Maybe this person loves Led Zeppelin. Send a poster!

Posters can be wonderful gifts, or they can totally bomb. The secret to getting it right is to listen to the other person's comments about his or her interests.

About Us

Mindconnection sells posters via affiliate links. So, we don't actually handle the posters. We've been in business since 1997, and have tried several poster and art programs. We've been extremely satisfied with the selection and customer service provided by All Posters, which is now part of Art.com.

Mindconnection employees have bought these posters personally, and our company has bought them for various clients because they just make quite excellent gifts. One poster in particular was an astoundingly beautiful photo reprint of an elephant. It looked striking in its frame.
