Changed my entire health picture, 9.22.2010

My doctor showed me some facts about D3, and suggested supplementation. I went online to find D3 supplements, came across this test kit, and decided to get more facts before taking anything. It turned out that my D3 level was "normal" according to the govt targets but those targets are based on very poor, outdated information. So I followed the recommendations that came with my results and I feel ten times better. I have more energy, my allergies have almost gone away, I sleep better, and I stopped having pains in my feet at night. The only downside is it was a little frustrating to get the samples right (but I did get two of them right, and that's all I needed). Now that I've done it, the process seems simple. Maybe it was the fact I've always had these things done in a clinic or doctor's office before.
