This sublingual Vitamin D3 spray formula has been proven to be more effective than capsules, tablets, or liquids. Plus, it features a patented delivery system for easy and optimal dosing.
This is far more cost-effective than any capsule, due to the vast differences in absorption. For maintenance dosage, one bottle will typically last about six months.
Do you need to supplement D? If you breathe, the answer is almost certainly yes! Test data over a large population and a long time show that it's very rare that a non-supplementing person has adequate D3.
The dosage is calculated to deliver what you probably need, but can be adjusted depending on what you learn from the
Vitamin D3 Assessment Kit (order this kit also and get free shipping on both items).
You may find that one spray per day does the job and the bottle lasts quite a long time. With 192 sprays per bottle, that's about 6 months. People with conditions zapping their D3 will use this supplement at a higher rate. To really know what you're doing, you'll need to
assess after a month and adjust the dose.
Maintain adequate Vitamin D without harmful excess sun exposure, overdosing on multivitamins, or taking other harmful measures.
Eliminate performance-plundering, health-hindering, disease-distributing deficiencies of Vitamin D.
Prevent the single most common reason for a dulled competitive edge: Vitamin D deficiency.
Don't leave your competitive edge dulled or chipped due to low Vitamin D, a condition that is common even among the most nutrition-conscientious athletes. Vitamin D3 is essential for peak athletic performance, as it controls muscular strength and recovery, physical reaction time, balance, and coordination.
.85 FL oz (25ml) bottle.
192 sprays per bottle (about 6 months at one spray per day).
1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per spray.
This is foundational nutrition. You don't need to stack it with anything.
You do not get Vitamin D from the sun. Your skin, if exposed to sunlight, makes Vitamin D. However, despite this "free source" of Vitamin D over 90% of athletes tested have a Vitamin D deficiency. Odds are you also have one.
Vitamin D enriched milk is not actually a good source of Vitamin D (due to bioavailablity issues).
The RDA for Vitamin D is not based on the needs of athletes, and thus is grossly under the actual requirement.
The sublingual spray is by far the best delivery method. It absorbs into the capillaries under the tongue. The spearmint flavor also freshens your breath!
Establish a baseline for your Vitamin D level, so you can test again later to see the effectiveness.
If you can name it, Vitamin D3 is probably required for it. Inflammation reduction is another area in which Vitamin D3 plays a major role, and what athlete doesn't have to deal with inflammation?
Vitamin D3 is essential for peak athletic performance, as it controls muscular strength and recovery, physical reaction time, balance, and coordination. What's your most important piece of athletic equipment? And it relies on Vitamin D to put forth the performance you desire.
I've never tanned, and thought that was normal. 10 minutes in the sun, and I'd burn even with a shirt on. I can tell when this is happening, and when I get that hot feeling in my skin I head indoors. I started on this D3 early last summer and kept staying outside longer. By August, I had a tan line.
Now I am enjoying being outside without worrying about being burned and without using massive amounts of toxic sunscreen. I don't sit out in the sun or anything like that, but I can now take summer evening walks and even mow the lawn without fear of skinburn.
On top of all this, I look leaner and feel better. I'm very glad I decided to try this. BTW, I had tried D capsules and nothing happened.
I had been taking capsules for months and yet my D remained low. My doctor said I had an absorption problem, but a friend suggested I try the oral spray. My D was tested after three weeks of usage and my deficiency was gone.

My doctor suggested I supplement with Vitamin D3 and after a few weeks, my joint pain went away. I am just now finding out about the many other benefits of this and will always be using it from now on. I even sleep better, and my doctor says that's yet another issue the D cleared up.
