Usage

Stack with your normal workout recovery products. Do not stack with Vanadyl, which is also a vasodilator.
Do not use while using nasal decongestants, which are vasoconstrictors. Do not use if on blood thinners.

Training tip
Increase the intensity of your workout (fewer reps per set, with heavier weight in each set). If you do 3 sets of 10 reps, you are sacrificing intensity for conformity. Change that silly pattern before supplementing. You should find each set harder to do than the last, so it will necessarily consist of either fewer reps or less weight. If each set is the same, you are doing something wrong. Think about the logic, here. Then, implement the change and watch your results improve.

L-Arginine is an amino acid with several important functions in the body. These include ammonia removal, cell division, and increased immunity. But the effect that has body builders clamoring for it is its vasodilation. Just about every muscle pump product on the market contains L-Arginine.
Most people get enough L-Arginine in their diet so that supplementation isn't necessary for maintaining health. However, to get those impressive pumps and huge vascularity, supplemental L-Arginine is hard to beat.
L-Arginine is a naturally-occuring amino acid. Used as directed, overdosing is generally considered impossible. But (there is always a but): if use of L-Arginine results in headaches, swelling in the legs, redness of the hands, or other abnormal conditions, stop using until symptoms have abated for a full day. Then, try again with half the dosage. If you still have problems, the L-Arginine is highlighting some other medical issue. If you are taking medications, ask your pharmacist about L-Arginine.
