The Secure Digital (SD) card defines the device. For any given language set, that SD card comes with it (e.g., if it's the Spanish iTravl, the Spanish SD card is included--that's what makes it the Spanish iTravl). Use SD cards to add languages to your iTravl translator. SD cards come in two-language versions and multi-language versions.
How to Use
Changing the language set is very easy. It involves three simple steps:
Pop out the existing card.
Push in the new card.
Push the reset button, and then do the normal startup.
You can change the cards back, any time you want.
Here's a tip on card management. Buy a little zip-up case and keep your cards in it. There are cases for SD and other cards available at office supply stores. Support your local store by getting such a case, and you also win by keeping your cards organized.
The iTravl has an optional GPS receiver (GPSR) and GPS map cards available.
