How accurate is it? Answer: It's 97% accurate
How hard is it to use? Answer: If you have good dexterity, it's easy to use. How much dexterity do you need? Here's a simple test. Grab a text highlighter, and see if you can draw a straight line of highlighting in a newspaper or magazine. If so, you are good to go! If not, you are going to find the pen difficult to use.
What I like about this is I can just plug it in and use it. Like a mouse or other input device. So when I need to scan something off a page, it's very easy.

We're getting a lot of use out of this, and I'm surprised we haven't burnt it up yet. It seems we are constantly finding more stuff we need to scan. Much better organization of a lot of little stuff we could hardly keep track of before.
You do have to touch and the drag in a fairly smooth motion to get reliable scans, especially on round items. Can't really complain too much, because it's pretty impressive we can now scan those period.
