I use an interactive, informal style. I do not believe in "death by PowerPoint." I normally begin by asking individuals why they are at this presentation and why the topic is important to them.

My focus is on entertaining and informing my audience--meeting their needs. I do not overwhelm with data or try to provide a memory dump. Instead, I help people understand key concepts, remember principles, and take away specifics they can use right away. And I make them feel good about it.
