To remove the Searchex trojan that forces your browser to searchex.com, do the following:

1. Go to your Win32 directory (winnt/win32).
2. Delete hmepgeg.dll
3. Delete IEBrw.dll
4. Delete Hotlink.dll

You may not trust these instructions, and I don't blame you. However, if you have that concern, simply rename these files. You will see that your computer still works just fine. And your browser is fixed.
