My unit was shipped from the factory promptly, but  the instruction manual was missing from the package. Mark responded to my email almost within minutes! He assured me that it was an oversight and he would have the factory mail one promptly. He did and they did. The amazing thing about all of this was that he got a unit like mine and taught himself how to use it so that he could email instructions to help me get started with it while the manual was in transit! Mark Lamendola was there to help even over the weekend.
