For support, contact Support includes:

  • Pre-sale. We'll answer any question you have, so you aren't wasting your money on a purchase that isn't right for you.
  • Post-sale. Tracking info and product help.
E-mail works much better than calling. Which is why there's no phone number here.

You can best help us help you, by doing the following:

  1. State the problem, clearly and succinctly.
  2. Type in sentence case, not all caps (shouting) or all lower case (hard to read).
  3. If asking about a purchase already made, include your receipt (which came via e-mail).
  4. Use a good subject line. We get over 1,500 e-mails each day. Help us quickly tell yours from spam.
We normally reply within the hour if it's "regular business hours" in the Midwestern USA.
Note to AOL users. One of the conventions in e-mail is you always include the previous string in your reply. AOL must be the only e-mail client that refuses to send complete replies by default.

How to fix this:

  1. For now, just copy and paste the original e-mail into the body of your reply and type above that text.
  2. Some time soon, switch to any other e-mail client. Outlook Express is free, Outlook comes with Office, and many other good e-mail clients are available at low cost. You do NOT need to use your ISP's name as part of your e-mail address. You can get an e-mail acct with your own name for 5 bucks a year, or use a free Yahoo or gmail acct. The sooner you switch, the better off you will be.
