Customers ask us this question frequently, and many wonder why we don't show stocking information for products such as the translators. Essentially, if we offer it then it's in stock unless it's noted as "pre-order only" or "out of stock."
This means if you order it before noon central time on a business day, it's almost guaranteed to ship that day. The later your order is placed, the less likely it will ship that day.
Be sure to inquire about your order if you don't receive it within 5 business days. Just reply to one of your confirmation e-mails, type a good subject line, and type your message at the top of the e-mail. We'll follow up on that.
