Why did the IRS lead prosecuting attorney in the Hoyt case quit in disgust? | ||

| So, you're a Hoyt Victim.
Why support the PDFT?
Let's keep this simple, so there's no confusion on your part. The IRS is pursuing the Hoyt victims with blind zealotry. They are closing off all avenues of settlement, save seizure of all your assets and a levy on all your wages. This will be in effect until you die. The PDFT has spent over $1.5 million in your defense already. Do you think you can do that on your own? Your Congressman, Senator, and other officials are not getting involved. Your appeals to them get routed to the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Office. The IRS will not give you sufficient time to mount a defense in court--they will serve you with a 30-day notice and then you will have nothing. You can file a Due Process Appeal, but this only delays the inevitable. The PDFT fights for the defrauded investors in court, and lobbies in Washington. The only representation any American has is through a lobbyist. That takes money, because the lobbyist has expenses and has to eat. So, you can let the IRS pick you off as a lone target--remember, the facts do not matter to the Collections Division--or you can work with the PDFT to end the illegal seizures and this hell the Hoyt victims are enduring. If you have heard nothing from the IRS yet, stop kidding yourself. You are on their list, and they will get to you. Help us stop them now, before that day comes.
Not a Hoyt Victim? Why should you care about the PDFT? The PDFT is thwarting an extremely fanatical abuse team inside the IRS.
If the PDFT falls, the IRS learns a lesson that sheer meanness, perjury,
and tons of wasted resources will always prevail over citizens' rights,
truth, and the American Way. That means you and your children will be
easier targets in the future. This is, essentially, an unarmed revolt
against people who are absolutely corrupted and are making that very clear
in court. If you want to see yourself with no rights, do nothing. |

A Hoyt Victim's Advice The following is advice from a victim of Kevin Brown's Hoyt Fiasco. Kevin Brown is the rogue IRS agent who can't explain where the $103 million "disappeared to" but who abused his position and his authority to silence the innocent victims of the Fiasco. He was so over the top with this that his lead prosecutor quit in disgust. My experience with the IRS, as mismanaged by Kevin Brown (who has subsequently left to do damage elsewhere), taught me some lessons.
