Why did the IRS lead prosecuting attorney in the Hoyt case quit in disgust? | ||
| To further the cause of justice, we are providing a means for third
parties to request photocopies of legal documents. For photocopies, record a document's name or number as described in this website. Then, contact Montgomery Cobb (Partnership Level Attorney). Mr. Cobb or his designee will determine who may obtain a copy of these documents. Mention of these documents or photocopy availability does not imply unlimited access to said documents by any and all parties. Nor does it imply the requestor will have direct access to Mr. Cobb. Further, Mr. Cobb may elect to refer any such request to one of the networked attorneys. Mr. Cobb also reserves the right to refuse distribution of any document to any party without explanation. To make your request, phone 503-226-0088 or fax 503-226-9005. Please identify who you are, which particular documents you request, and why you need them. If you are a Congressperson or Senator, you do not need to state why you need them. We will need as much contact information as you can provide, so we can ensure the documents get to you. Our resources have limits; excessive requests may incur a charge to cover our costs. |

A Hoyt Victim's Advice The following is advice from a victim of Kevin Brown's Hoyt Fiasco. Kevin Brown is the rogue IRS agent who can't explain where the $103 million "disappeared to" but who abused his position and his authority to silence the innocent victims of the Fiasco. He was so over the top with this that his lead prosecutor quit in disgust. My experience with the IRS, as mismanaged by Kevin Brown (who has subsequently left to do damage elsewhere), taught me some lessons.
