  • Behavior: Conquering aggressiveness: This course teaches you how to identify, then change, what it is about you that makes you come across as too aggressive--perhaps like a bulldozer.

Other signs: They are the ones to end a conversation, they seem to have stopped listening to you, they avoid talking with you in the first place, they move away from you while you are talking, they start doing other things while you are talking instead of paying attention to you, they roll their eyes, or they keep interrupting you. If you get signals that you are doing this--people lean their heads toward you, furrow their brows, ask you to repeat yourself, ask you to speak up, or just don't seem to understand you, it's quite likely you need to overcome an innate need to speak at an exceptionally low volume.
