| I find it odd that a site devoted to the mind sells bodybuilding supplements. Why are you doing that? | The brain is a physical organ. The healthier it is, the better it is able to work. Nutrition deficiencies show up in mental processes. Smart people are even smarter when they have the right nutrition. It's unfortunate the the bodybuilding community has to lead the charge on this score. |

| How do I know the stuff you're selling isn't the latest snake oil? | We
combed through a large selection of products and selected the ones that
we know work. Others may work, but we don't know so we don't sell them.

check out our writeups on HMB, creatine, and other supplements at www.supplecity.com. If you don't find the answer you need, write to us at sales @mindconnection.com with your fitness goals and we'll advise you. If a supplement won't help you get where you want to go, we'll tell you. |
| How do I know if the item I want is in stock? | Most
of the items we sell are "in stock," but that really has no
bearing on when an item will ship. Typically, an item will ship the same
day it's ordered. Manufacturing today is done to order, with a very small supply of the most popular items made ahead of time. This is the Lean Thinking model that made Toyota famous. You perhaps have heard of kanban, kaizen, Taguchi, and Just in Time. This lowers the costs of production and the price of the products. Sometimes, however, demand outstrips the ability to produce. Your real question is probably, "How far in advance do I need to order this before my present supply runs out?" The answer to that is, "Order it now, so you have it when you need it." |
| Why do you offer only UPS Ground for shipping? | We offer other options, too. You need to select the right shipping option from the dropdown menu. Fast shipping, such as overnight and second day air, don't display after a certain time of day. That's because we don't want you to pay for expedited shipping, only to find the product isn't available for a week because of order backlog. |
| How long will it take to arrive? | This depends on how far you are from one of our supplement distribution centers. There are several across the USA, so for customers "in the lower 48," 2 to 3 business days is normal. |
| Why isn't shipping free? | Ask the UPS drivers why they don't work for free! Someone has to pay for delivery, and it is always the customer--regardless of what hype a vendor claims. |
| You have really low prices, but I saw a lower price on another site. | We have
carefully analyzed our pricing structure, and would be amazed if anyone
could beat our prices unless they had some kind of catch they weren't
telling you about. Often, that catch is they have lousy, lousy service.
Try following up with Bargain Basement Benny when you have a problem with
your el-cheapo order.
We work closely with our suppliers to bring you the best deal we can. If you do find a lower price, and price is the most important thing to you, you may want to go ahead and risk dealing with the other merchant. |
| Why don't you carry a complete line of each of your suppliers' products? | We have selected the products we feel best serve the end-user. Thus, we don't carry some items. |
| What if I don't like the stuff I buy? | You can return it. However, we have tightened our return policy due to abuse. |
