Procedure: Go through the online ordering process, but
stop when the system asks you for the credit card information. Print
out the page (use the landscape setting), then mail it and the check or money order to:
Mindconnection
4806 Wedd St
Merriam, KS 66203-5414
This method must be used for all orders from
"fraud countries."
If you are active-duty military, police, or fire department, subtract $5 from your order as our
way of saying thank you. It's not much, but every bit helps. Yes, this
applies for personal use orders.

Electronic P.O.s:
- Go through the ordering process, but stop when
the system asks you for the credit card information. This will show
you the order totals and shipping charges (there are no shipping
charges for electronic delivery items)
- E-mail your invoice information (PO
number, items, quantities, ship to, and "bill to" e-mail address)
to sales @ mindconnection.com
(you can paste that address into your e-mail program and
then remove the spaces).
- Note that "ship to" is an e-mail address, if
ordering an electronic delivery item. "Bill to" is
always an e-mail
address, regardless of delivery--we don't send paper invoices
and we don't fax. So be sure to provide the e-mail address of the
person who processes payments.
- After your A/P Dept acknowledges they have the
invoice, we will
process the order. We will not process the order until A/P
confirms they have the invoice. Reason: Too many customers
have said, "We didn't get the invoice" months after the buyer assured
us the A/P department has it.
Paper P.O.s:
- Use the electronic P.O. procedure outlined
above.
- We don't require a paper P.O., but your
organization might. We'll support you in that.
We do not like wire transfers, both for security reasons and
for cost reasons. But if this is the only way you can do business, we
provide this option if you pay the wire fee. We do not provide this option for
individuals, unless they are members of the military, law enforcement,
fire department, or United States Secret Service. For those individuals, the order may be for
personal use.
- COD. This is just a needless expense.
- E-Checks. We looked into this, and found it
to be a management-intensive way to handle transactions. We'd
rather spend our resources helping customers.
Due to corruption, rampant treaty violations,
and other misdeeds by Customs Officials and other petty bureaucrats
in these countries, we do not ship to these countries. They may
think tying up a perfectly good shipment for six weeks and then
demanding a "tax" that exceeds the cost of the product is cute, but
we don't.
Don't buy from us if you plan to ship to one
of these countries. Actually, we don't even want our competitors put
through that particular meat grinder. We can beat our competitors on
value, and would prefer to battle them that way rather than have
crooks ruin their businesses. |
