I started on this program a few months ago, and finally got around to writing a review. Well, it's not really a program. You have to come up with your own. But the advice is really good. I am slimmer and have more energy. I get more done at work. My boss even asked me what vitamins I've been taking and the truth is I don't take any vitamins. I just am doing things better, based on this health course. Well worth the money. Would have like a structured program, but I guess that wasn't the point of this.

Thanks to Obamacare, our access to medical services has been severely curtailed. Our kids used to routinely need to see the doctor for something or other, but since we implemented what we learned from this course last summer they have not had to see the doctor once. Which is really good, because we can no longer just get them in when they don't feel good.

Since going through this course about a year ago and applying what's in it, then going back to it as needed, I've made radical changes in my life. I used to spend about $120 a month on prescription medications (AFTER the insurance payment) and was always sick anyhow. Now I don't spend a dime on medications and am always well. I'm down two dress sizes and that's without going hungry and after years of losing the battle of the bulge. It worked for me, and I'm glad I got this program.

I lost 14 lbs in 3 months, just by adopting a few of the principles in this course. I think it fell short of providing a complete plan for health, but what's there is definitely worth the price paid for it.
