I saw the previous reviewer's comment about Obamageddon and now deeply regret voting for the man. The Stimulus stimulated massive unemployment and the business downturn caused our collections to string out from about 40 days to almost 6 months. In desperation, I began hunting online for some kind of solution and came across this course. Not very expensive, so gave it a shot. Our A/R is now running at about 21 days. And that's without discounting to get payment. We even got late customers placing new orders with cash upfront! This course has already paid for itself about 50 times over. What a bargain!

Once Obamageddon hit, we found ourselves holding a ton of unpaid receivables. Some of these were from customers we've had a long time, so strong arm tactics were not an option. However, banks stopped lending and we could not afford to. Using the techniques in this course, we were able to reduce our outstanding collections by 40% in the first 3 weeks--without offending our customers. This has greatly helped our cash flow and in fact kept us from going under.

We've implemented most of the suggestions and strategies, and have shrunk our outstanding invoice backlog. The items in here make sense, but not everything is 100% effective. It would have been nice if the course had some kind of worktable for figuring out which strategies and tactics to implement for a given situation.

We've had cash flow problems for years, and it's been due mostly to long-standing invoices and collection issues. The points made in this course made a lot of sense, and we started applying them immediately. Our collections backlog started shrinking after 3 weeks and it's still shrinking. With Obama running up federal debt and thus making credit much tighter, we were facing insolvency. Now we're not. This course was worth 100 times what we paid for it.
