Usage

Suggested Use: As a convenient alternative to preparing a whole food meal, add 2 scoops (scoop included) to 12oz of ice-cold water or skim milk (12 oz of skim milk adds 135 calories, 18g of carbohydrates, 12g of protein, and 0g of fat).
For best results: Thoroughly mix in a blender with 3 to 4 ice cubes on high speed for 45 seconds. Let stand for 20 seconds to thicken, then enjoy! If a blender is not convenient Complete Protein Diet is instantized so you canmix it in a shaker bottle--or simply in a glass with a spoon.

Training tip
Increase the intensity of your workout (fewer reps per set, with heavier weight in each set). If you do 3 sets of 10 reps, you are sacrificing intensity for conformity. Change that silly pattern before supplementing. You should find each set harder to do than the last, so it will necessarily consist of either fewer reps or less weight. If each set is the same, you are doing something wrong. Think about the logic, here. Then, implement the change and watch your results improve.

This MRP is the best one I've tried, and I'm staying with it. I keep a tub in my desk drawer at work, now. It mixes easily and tastes good. I've made it a key part of my overall nutritional plan because it meets my nutritional needs without all the calories that many supplements have.
A friend made me a shake with this at his house, and I was hooked (in a good way). My main concern has been with the quality of the protein and being sure there are no junk ingredients, so for years I've been trying various products, most of which taste disgusting and give me bad gas.
The Complete Protein Diet product is much more than just a protein with carbs. It really does provide complete nutrition. On top of everything else, it has a pleasant taste. Not sickening sweet, but pleasant.
So now I'm using this daily.
