This is a handsome unit, so we have it in our living room. It's great with the weather and everything, but for music it sounds like an alarm clock radio.

I think this thing saved my life. I changed my plans due to the weather alert and stayed home. The route I was going to take had a major pileup due to severe gusts and heavy rain. Several people died.

This is a handsome unit that makes me feel more comfortable regarding floods, tornadoes, and other weather events. I don't have to worry about having the weather sneak up on me. The automatic alert is the main reason I bought this. It took me only a few minutes to figure out how to set things up. Now I can rest easy that I'll get advance notice of bad weather and be able to take the appropriate action.
