Which jetBook?

jetBook Mini. Capable,inexpensive eBook Reader with 5" TFT screen. Read ebooks for up to 90 hours without recharging. Weighs only 5.8 ounces, comes in many exciting colors.

Formats

The jetBook Lite allow you to read files in these popular formats:
ePub, Mobi, PRC, RTF, .txt, .pdf, .fb2, .jpg, .gif, .png, and .bmp.
The jetBook Mini allows you to read files in these popular formats:
LIT, MOBI, EPUB, HTML, PRC, RTF, PDB, and PDF.
More e-books and reference documents are in the PDF format than in all of the Amazon Kindle's formats combined.
The Amazon Kindle doesn't read PDFs, meaning you can't use it to read the vast majority of the free stuff that's out there.

V. Comp

When price-comparing to the Kindle, don't forget that the Kindle's $19.95 monthly fee adds up to $239.40 a year. This is a cost you do not have in the jetBook, jetBookLITE, or jetBookMINI, which read more file formats than competing products such as the Kindle.

What you put on your jetBook stays on your jetBook until you decide to remove it.

Ectaco (the manufacturer) won't invade your device to remove content, although a competing manufacturer has already done this to its customers.
