Golf outing for 05 May, 2011 (Thursday before the conference)

Tentative plans:

  • Sign-in is Noon, at the white tent pavillion.
  • Tee Off is at 1:00 p.m.
  • Burger and Bratwurst Dinner, plus prize giveaway, following the tournament. Location: In the clubhouse.

Special notice:
We are looking for sponsorships ($300 each).
  • If we get enough sponsorships, the outing will not require participants to pay fees.
  • If we don't get enough sponsorships, there will be fees (not much, though, as we have several sponsors already).

In the past, we have had the opportunity (thanks to our great corporate sponsors) to have a golf tournament and network event on the Thursday afternoon prior to the conference. As in the past, we are looking to have this entire event free for members. To achieve this goal, we are calling on our great corporate sponsors.

The price to sponsor a hole is still only $300. With this sponsorship, you will receive the following:

  1. Your company sign advertising at a golf hole.
  2. Your company noted on the 7x24 Exchange Midwest chapter Website.
  3. Opportunity to meet and network with a wide variety of end users in the critical facilities realm.
  4. As a sponsor, you may bring two participants from the sponsoring company and two end users to the full morning and afternoon events at no extra charge.
