Title: Data Center Structured Cabling Technology and Market Trends Presentation Summary: Internet Service Providers, Web 2.0 companies and Internet Exchanges need more bandwidth today and corporate data centers will need more within the next five years. Forty and 100-Gigabit networking speeds are on the horizon, but can installed cabling infrastructure support them? This informational session will discuss the optical and electronic solutions associated with higher networking speeds (10-Gigabit and beyond) as well as the structured cabling solutions being considered and those most likely to be adopted. In addition, designing your data centers considering the next networking data rates will be reviewed.
